Vineyards

THE AEGEAN REGION THAT TURNS EVERY GRAIN THAT FALLS ON IT INTO A MIRACLE...

This great balance with the sun, water, climate, habitat, and all the unique beauty we observe in nature ensures that each bunch of grapes grown on Anatolian soil matures slowly, and steadily but with quality.

FOR ANATOLIA, WINE IS A GIFT FROM NATURE, NOT A HAPPENSTANCE

The grape is such a fruit that it can only be cultivated between the 30th and 50th parallels in the north-south axis. This precious gift offered by nature to Anatolia continues to be blessed with more grapes and to inspire wine. When it comes to Prodom, it thanks nature with each drop of its enchanting wines poured into the glass

DENİZLİ, GÜNEY

Prodom, which made its first step in Aydın vineyards, carried its taste journey to Denizli’s Güney district in its 10th-year thanks to the tailwind it received. On 40 hectares of the vineyard, the rich mineral terroir and the cool climate at night have started to produce delicious grapes. The delicious grapes have yielded their first vines for quality wine and to satisfy the passion of wine lovers. Thanks to the unique climate and soil of this region, all types of Prodom’s white grapes have been growing here.

AYDIN, SAVRANDERE

A region where Anatolia’s most ancient and high-quality wine grapes are grown and home to ancient Tralleis; Aydın, Savrandere! Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc grapes were planted in 2008 by Prodom in

SUSTAINABILITY FROM VINEYARD TO GLASS

Sustainable agriculture requires harmony with Mother Nature and adapting to its pace. From production to sales, from producers to consumers… Respecting the soil enhances its fertility. Sustainable viticulture allows winegrowers and winemakers to continuously improve their environmental, social, and economic aspects together with nature.

A wine is defined by the grapes, which are rooted in the perfect balance between the climate and the soil. This is why Prodom is committed to sustainability on the journey from vineyard to glass.

HARVEST

Each drop of wine poured into the glass holds the magic of time. Each grape grows and matures in perfect harmony with the climate and soil, waiting for the perfect time for the harvest. Prodom's harvest starts in mid-August with white grapes and ends in October with the Öküzgözü grapes. Harvest times are determined by monitoring the sensory and chemical grades of the grapes. The grapes are carefully hand-picked at the right time, packed into crates, and sent to the Aydin winery to be filled into Prodom bottles. What an amazing journey...
