The winery with modern characteristics was established in Aydın in 2010 by the Atay family to bring back viticulture, an ancient tradition of the Aegean region. Aydın is a region where the most ancient and best quality wine grapes have been grown since the ancient Tralleis. In addition to its lands in Aydın Savrandere, the company has also expanded its vineyards with further land investments in Guney, Denizli.
